[Autom. eng. transl.] This contribution is based on the recent literature on the subject of creativity in the corporate environment and on the consolidated research on learning and managerial training and is enriched by the analysis of a recent and innovative post-graduate training project that sees the collaboration between universities, companies and local authorities. The intersection between theory and practice allows us to suggest some guidelines for the design of training interventions in support of creativity within the company and is also an opportunity to stimulate some reflections with respect to the role of the university as a central actor of the educational system, promoter of economic development and agent of change and innovation.
