Abstract
The great and important Liber magistri of the Cathedral Library of Piacenza, to be dated ca 1192, presents a good number of added obituary notes. Twelve of these notes contain mentions of books gifted to the Cathedral. This group of notes is edited and commented, five surviving MSS are identified and described
