Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] It is proposed to analyze the Code of Civil Procedure of the Kingdom of Italy (1865), stopping on the procedural law in force in Italy at the dawn of the war of independence. Then we try to reconstruct the figure of Giuseppe Pisanelli, a prominent processualist who worked halfway between political logic (law and politics) and legal logic (law politics: Pisanelli and the civil process.
