The reasoning on the promotion of responsible citizenship is necessarily intertwined with the educational dimension of participation in the collective life, which requires cooperation between the different institutional realities involved, albeit in various ways, in the formation of the citizen. Family, school and the local community represent the elective places set up to start and consolidate the values that substantiate civic life, where the person learns to become its promoter in the relationship with others, with institutions and media contexts.
