Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The present digital edition of the annual report on migration in Brescia continues the work of scientific dissemination carried out in the past decade by CIRMiB with the publication of the Yearbook "Immigration and local contexts". The first part of the volume, as usual, is dedicated to data relating to the immigrant population (demographic, socio-economic, legal and cultural aspects), originating from the research work carried out by the Center, in conjunction with: Regional Observatory for Integration and multi-ethnicity, Brescia Chamber of Commerce, Brescia Municipality, Brescia Prefecture, Ismu Foundation, and consulting the databases of Istat, Miur, Bank of Italy. The second part deals with the topic of mediation and linguistic integration policies in Europe, Germany, Italy. The third part describes a successful experience in the field of intercultural training for receptionists.
