Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Food waste is becoming increasingly important. And now it comes to touch profiles related to globalization, especially because in the context of the circular economy, an attempt to solve or mitigate food waste would have consequences on several fronts. The taxman can play an important role in this regard, if only the legislators pay more attention to encouraging those procedures and behaviors aimed precisely at reducing food waste.
