Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume presents the experience of the POP Project (acronym for Equal Opportunities in the Paths of Foreign Adolescents in Vocational Education and Training) which, with the funding of the Cariplo Foundation, made it possible from 2009 to 2014 the accompaniment - by the Foundation Ismu - of numerous public and private bodies belonging to the Lombardy regional Vocational Education and Training (VET) system, aimed at the design, implementation and validation of good practices inspired by the intercultural approach and aimed at promoting the educational success of students and of foreign students in initial vocational training.
