Abstract
The paper analyzes the need for educational support that appears to be present in today's youth, considering the youth as auspicious age for education. \r\nA second issue addressed is the relationship between work and human life, which is currently skewed in favor of the first term. Under the pedagogical aspect is indispensable to propose a regulative idea: that of integrated training system. \r\nWith the aim of contributing to grasp the pedagogical dimension of the work, then the link between human growth and engagement work, the paper presents a reflection on three main areas: family, Vocational Training Centres (VTCs), work.
