Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The Bible offers the agnostic Cardarelli a series of archetypes based on which to interpret human events. The director of the "Ronda" dedicated two entire narrative cycles to the episodes of the first book of the Bible: "The fables of Genesis" and "End of Sodom". But proverbial ways of speaking and figures of the Exodus, of the Gospels and of the Apocalypse are also scattered in his work.
