Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The present paper aims to describe the composition of the sample investigated in the Epidemiological Study Of Pain in Oncology research in order to better understand the results of the study that will be illustrated in the next chapters. In the first paragraph the main socio-demographic characteristics (sex, age, nationality, region of residence, marital status) will be examined. In the second paragraph, we will illustrate the sample from the point of view of education, profession and socio-economic status. Next, the primary relationships related to the housing situation will be examined. In the fourth paragraph, we will examine the distribution of tumors with respect to some of the previous dimensions in order to develop a brief comparison between the sample examined and the national official statistics.
