Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay, included in the volume (3rd) dedicated to water sports, in turn part of an overall treaty on civil and criminal responsibility in sports related to the tourism sector, proposes to reconstruct the notion of water government, with particular regard to under the regime of rivers and lakes. Attention is paid both to the profiles that link the concept of state property to the constituent element of the notion of State which is the territory, and to the specific discipline concerning public waters. It also focuses on both the jurisprudence on the subject of water domain, and on the most recent provision relating to the so-called 'state federalism'.
