Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In recent years the evolution of thought on the themes of strategy and competitive advantage has above all focused on the theme of value creation and on the analysis of the meaning of the term knowledge, imagining that the process of capitalization of knowledge was the basis to activate learning and innovation processes within organized contexts. In fact, the issue of competitiveness is increasingly linked to the theme of competence and social capital. In this context, concepts such as social capital, intellectual capital and human resources occupy the new reference scenario for the creation of value and organizational advantage and the priority from a managerial point of view becomes to understand under what conditions this system finds the humus ideal for craere and maintaining value and sustainable advantage over time. Last in chronological order, in terms of rediscovery is the concept of territory on which we imagine we are playing the source of competitive advantage in the near future.
