Abstract
Several studies and researches highlighted in recent years the growing importance of the “maritime dimension” of a given country's economic structure. The Sea is becoming a very important, and in many ways still undervalued, driver of socio-economic development. Among the various supply chains that affect the economy of the sea, a important role is played by the one of the shipbuilding sector.
