Abstract
Among many definitions of "well-being," it seems useful, for the purposes of our discussion, to consider it as "a state in which the individual realizes his or her abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community" , regardless of the presence or absence of a frailty condition. From this perspective, it is therefore understood, how it should be understood more and more as an end, but also as a means both for the promotion of adequate learning processes and for the achievement of existential goals, creating a virtuous circle in which the various relational dynamics can influence each other in view of a common goal: the well-being of all.
