Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Change is necessary in the life of an
organization, even if it often proves to be challenging.
Despite some successes, change remains difficult to achieve
with good results, and few companies manage the process as they would like.
Addressing and managing change is often a
complex process, which generates uncertainty and consequently
stress. However, it is necessary for organizations that cannot
do without taking on the pressures internal and external
to the organization.
