Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In contemporary companies people present themselves with a rich and complex identity "charge": international experiences, ways of living their own age, completely different from those of a generation ago and the way of conceiving them in Italian culture, degrees of conflict / balance between private life and work also very sophisticated and difficult. Not managing, not becoming aware of this complexity implies, on the part of organizations, a reduced capacity to build an active relationship
