Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The quality control of cork stoppers tries to minimize the risks associated with their use for the conservation of wine. The objective of this work is to show the results of the analyzes carried out at the Institute of Enology of Piacenza during the years 2003-2005. These analyzes should be part of a protocol to be used by the wineries for the choice of the suppliers of stoppers and for the control of the sellers, with the aim of preventing the risk of transmission of defects to the wine and therefore be able to accept or reject the lots depending on the nicveles of acceptable quality.
