Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In this note, two conditions necessary to establish a distinction between measurement and computation are proposed and discussed: on the one hand, the measured variable must be connected with other empirical quantities known by means of laws, possibly stochastic, but significant; on the other hand, this variable must be such that it is simply a representation of connections between more fundamental empirical properties. The problem if these two conditions are also sufficient to have measurement is left open.
