Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In recent years, the reception system for foreign minors alone in Italy has taken on a large number of children who have specific characteristics compared to other European countries, especially with regard to age and therefore the time spent in the system itself. In fact, they are mostly male minors, very close to 18 years of age and therefore with the need to be accompanied quickly to acquire the necessary skills for an independent life and for a satisfactory social inclusion. The volume intends to analyze how, albeit in a situation that is in many ways emergency, services, initiatives and projects have been activated in the North as in Southern Italy that can be qualified as good practices, i.e. as efficient, effective, innovative, coherent operational practices internal and external, developed in an intercultural perspective. They are considered good because they "personalize" the intervention, that is, they focus on the individual child, whose resilience and potential are recognized and who are asked to cooperate proactively in building their life chances. Finally, the practices described are characterized by a strong roots in local territories, where partnerships have been created between public, private profit and non-profit entities that have made it possible to put together the resources necessary to respond creatively to an extremely complex phenomenon.
