Abstract
In civil proceedings, the will of the parties is realised through the court \r\napplication, by which the proceedings are commenced, the subject matter of \r\nthe proceedings is determined, and the court’s power is limited, the will of the \r\nparties is decisive. In proceedings ending with a court decision that changes \r\nthe substantive situation between the parties, too, the will of the party to the \r\nchange is realised with particular effectiveness, although the court’s ruling is \r\nnecessary
