Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay reconstructs the content of the Plan d'éducation nationale, developed by Michel Lepeletier de Saint-Fargeaux and presented posthumously at the National Convention by Robespierre on July 13, 1793, which allows the well-known character Lepeletier de Saint-Fargeaux to be known for the Code pénal of 1791, in his profile of educator, convinced supporter of a pedagogical conception, shared by several revolutionaries and at the same time fought by others, aimed at emphasizing the forced and 'totalitarian' character of national education and the related prediction of mandatory internship of learners, with the manifest aim of conditioning the citizen's educational process so as to regenerate it according to the needs and aims of the State.
