Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume explores the role played by bilateralism (that is, by the system built by the social partners for the provision of particular services to workers and businesses) over the last few decades. The contribution in question illustrates, in particular, the role assigned to Bilateralism by state legislation in the field of vocational training and employment services and compares it with the experience actually achieved on the basis of the provisions of collective agreements.
