Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Looking at the variegated and flexible scenario of the labor market, in which work and non-work moments are increasingly alternated, the text questions the meaning and application of two of the most well-known tools for evaluating and valuing skills . "The main objective" as Cristina Castelli writes in the Preface "is to put the question on the potential and limits of self and of the eternal-assessment of competences, which have become the common language of the personal and professional development of companies, universities, workers and students ".
