Abstract
Benign metastasizing leiomyomas in the lung, despite being very uncommon, are rare but well-described lesions. We present two unusual cases of benign metastasizing leiomyoma, which presented as cystic lung disease, and discuss the diagnostic pitfalls associated with neoplasms presenting as pulmonary cystic lung disease.
