Abstract
The instance of the welfare school can not be read only as the absence of physical discomfort (the presence of disease or disability) or school (Student hardship). This vision today is limiting as it does not consider the complexity of reality. In this direction it is necessary to extend the concept of well-being in a position to promote a vision of reparation but not more promotion of the people who live in the school (teachers, students, administrative staff, ...). pay attention to the organizational well-being, in fact, allows you to recover the value of the person in its constitutive dimensions (personal, family, and professional sociae) and to promote an organizational whole.
