Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The work illustrates some evidence in the relationship between well-being and health in young people, which have been studied in depth in some focus groups aimed at clarifying and validating the relationships existing between the material collected in the research and the daily life of this segment of the population. Taking into account the objective that led to carry out the study: stimulating the development of a culture of well-being and balanced lifestyles, with a more dynamic idea of health based on the individual's ability to counteract harmful behaviors in order to preserve or recover well-being. The first reading of the data collected and the aptitudes detected connotes the university students of Piacenza as relatively responsible young people who respect their health, but consider physical activity irrelevant, a hobby more than a daily duty, they forget the first action of prevention of possible damage to one's future by skipping breakfast, denying the pleasure of reading books in addition to university texts, reveal a relationship sometimes not conscious with alcohol and drugs.
