Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The Italian flag, the tricolor, rises to its full value as an absolute value, charged as it is with historical memory. Given its high capacity to act as a factor of integration, it recalls the political unity that we find expressed in the Constitution of the Republic, representing the visible and symbolic emblem of the fundamental principles that are inscribed in it.
