Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The institute introduced by Law No. 479 of 1999 of the notice of conclusion of preliminary investigations is also analyzed from a systematic point of view. With this institute the legislator intended to prevent the passage to the trial without any information towards the suspect, who is called to contribute, if he wishes, to the "completeness" of the investigations.
