Abstract
In educational professions teamwork is a constitutive part of the activity. It constitutes a conditioning background against which thoughts and actions are shaped and defined. Yet the working group is usually reserved little attention and even less space for self-reflection. The essay deals with shadows and resources of the working group, demonstrating the importance of devoting ordinary maintenance practice and assiduous care to the group.
