Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The study examines the guarantee authorities introduced at national and European level in the field of information and communication. Within their respective competences, these authorities are committed to implementing a complex regulatory framework that brings fundamental human rights and essential goods, such as information circulation and pluralism, into play.
