Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Can professional skills be taught? Are the skills a private asset of the individual or are they distributed within the working communities? And again, what actions can allow continuous innovation of the work practices and professional skills of the members of an organization, making them become a driving force for organizational development? These complex questions are attempted to answer by referring to the theoretical perspective of cultural psychology and illustrating a specific field work method. The book is aimed at school and training operators, students, consultants and scholars of organizational processes, students of educational sciences and organizational psychological sciences.
