Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The item examines the issues that autonomy must address by turning to the plane of being, to which some technological and socio-cultural changes drive it, while in the past its evolution has above all had as its object, ie relationships and patrimonial rights. After having dealt with the intertwining of autonomy, the concept of the rights of the person and the constitution, and made some clarifications about the category of unavailability, he distinguishes between autonomy relating to physical profiles and autonomy relative to the moral profiles of the person. He then devotes his attention first to the issue of autonomy and the body and then to address that relating to the deeds relating to the so-called intangible attributes. It discusses some particular rules inherent to the protection of the person in the market that has been formed in relation to certain personality rights. Finally it takes into consideration some profiles about the autonomy of the minor.
