‘Astuzie’ di tecnica centonaria ed esegesi testuale

[Autom. eng. transl.] In this paper I intend to analyze some of the thousand ‘balances’ that the centonennial composer devises to circumvent the numerous obstacles that he gradually finds on his path. Through an analysis conducted in parallel on several centonennial examples of different periods and authors, it will be seen how the examination of the compositional ‘tricks’ and of some technical errors common to several texts can be of help to the editor, who in turn is called upon to find a balance between the uniformity of the transmitted text to the Virgilian text and the preservation of the centonennial ‘extravagances’.
