Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper analyzes the contents of the agreement signed between the Lombardy Region and the Jewish Community of Milan on 11 March 2009. This regional agreement represents one of the few examples of bilateral discipline on the subject of spiritual assistance in health structures defined at a regional level with a non-Catholic religious confession.
