Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] One phase of the research was proposed to proceed with a descriptive reconstruction of the experience of some non-self-sufficient people and their caregivers, users of social-assistance services. These experiences were analyzed in order to identify the "turning points" and the most significant elements regarding the quality of life, in particular as regards the relationship with the Services and the operators. From this analysis, integrated with what emerged in the first part of the study, some prospective indications have been focused to take into consideration for a possible development / strengthening of the social service.
