Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume, now in its third edition, is intended for the preparation of the written tests for the state exam for professional qualification. The first part proposes about thirty tracks carried out; the second one hundred case analyzes, collected on the basis of the type of user and problem. Tracks and cases have been revised and renewed for this new edition. Each case is examined in detail, indicating the logical junctions that the social worker should consider to build the help process and the operational strategies to be followed. The text is accompanied by a glossary with regulatory and procedural references.
