Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The definition of effective administration and control systems is a tool aimed at increasing the efficiency of company management and at guaranteeing higher levels of protection for external stakeholders. The present contribution deepens the concept of economic subject, investigating its composition in the light of the business-economic doctrine and placing this in relation with the ownership structures and the possible corporate governance structures.
