[Autom. eng. transl.] In light of the fundamental conceptual categories of the business economy of corporate subjects, institutional goals and protection of converging interests on the company, the contribution examines the relationship between government structures experimented in national practice in the different types of company, flexibility and operational structure permitted by current regulations, limits and critical areas in protecting widespread interests. The picture is completed with a comparison between classical economic-business theories and Anglo-Saxon managerial theories.
