Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Starting from a judgment of the European Court in which compliance with the fees of the procedural fairness of the shortened appeal judgment was affirmed as regards the right of participation of the accused, there is no lack of hypotheses in which to deny the accused detained in a seat other than that of the appellate judge, the right to appear at the hearing is contrary to the European precepts
