[Autom. eng. transl.] The author, commenting on Cass. August 20, 2009, n. 18848, focuses on the theory of withdrawal from the collective agreement for an indefinite period and carries out an in-depth analysis of the doctrinal and jurisprudential positions on the delicate distinction between questioned, intangible rights and mere expectations, legitimately modifiable, in the succession between collective agreements.
