[Autom. eng. transl.] The notebook reports the interventions presented at the conference with the homonymous title "Listening leaving a trace", by well-known experts in listening to minors in judicial and social contexts, separated spouses and social groups that present conflicting requests. The issue of listening in conflicting situations to which mediation interventions try to give support, is crucial and transversal to all social professions. What does it mean, in fact, to listen to these concerns and how to give voice to the fears and fears of each one, without this important opportunity becoming only an occasion in which it is possible to bring out, in an uncontrolled way, opposition, conflict, abuse, violence? The Notebook presents many examples of virtuous interventions that have managed to respond to these situations.
