Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution, dedicated to the offenses of injury and defamation (articles 594-599 of the Criminal Code), is part of a collective work of systematic jurisprudential commentary on the Criminal Code, and aims to highlight the most recent jurisprudential orientations and developments interpretative in relation to the types of crime considered.
