Abstract
With reference to the pedagogical debate on the theme of peace, the contribution underlines its centrality as dimension of common life starting from family education. Context for positive relationships based on respect for the
person, love and dialogue, family is outlined by its role in preventing conflit phenomena and promoting relationship for a mutual understanding.
