Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The present contribution is aimed at introducing a conceptual framework within which to develop a theory of the states of things understood as basic elements for building systems. The contribution is divided into two parts. The first part is dedicated to the development of a minimal theory of states of things and to the connection between states of things and systems in general: a characterization of the concept of the state of things and a connection between states of things, propositions and conditions of possibility is presented so that information is given and, in particular, correct information. The second part is dedicated to the connection between states of things, dynamic systems and laws on system dynamics. In relation to the characterization of the concept of law, a specific perspective is presented about the structure of an action and the meaning of free action.
