Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The comment analyzes the discipline of the crime of "Maltreatment of animals", examining the various constituent elements and the relations with the other cases of title IX bis. The contribution focuses in particular on the notion of "behaviors, labors or unbearable jobs due to the ethological characteristics" of the animal, which raises delicate questions of interpretation.
