Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The author - starting from the reference code framework - illustrates the institution of the impossible crime and, placing himself in a critical key with respect to the so-called "realistic theory of the offense", the relationships between this figure and that of the attempted crime. The figure of the putative crime is also analyzed.
