Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The comment analyzes the regulation of culpable crimes against the environment, examining the various constituent elements and relations with the other incriminating cases protecting the environment and public safety. The contribution focuses in particular on the hypothesis of danger of pollution and culpable environmental disaster, which raise delicate questions of interpretation.
