Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The comment analyzes the discipline of the crime of "Environmental disaster", examining the various constituent elements and the relations with the other cases of the title VI bis, as well as with the specific case of unnamed disaster pursuant to art. 434 of the Criminal Code The contribution focuses in particular on the objective nature of the three environmental disaster hypotheses described by the law, which raises delicate questions of interpretation.
