Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The comment examines the codicistic discipline of the concurrence of causes, analyzing the theory of the equivalence of conditions and the debate that has arisen around the concept of "causes which have arisen by themselves sufficient to determine the event". Specific attention is dedicated to the analysis of the theory of the objective imputation of the event and to the role to be attributed to this criterion in the context of verifying the link between the risk created by the agent's conduct and that which materialized in the harmful event.
