Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper comments on the regulation (EC) n. 593/2008 on the law applicable to contractual obligations ("Rome I") which establishes the so-called erga omnes applicability of the conflict regulation contained in this instrument, that is, the suitability of this discipline to refer so much to the law of a State bound by the discipline itself as much as the law of a third country.
